Accessing and using this website implies acceptance of the terms and conditions set out below. To use the website under the best conditions, we recommend that you read them carefully. By browsing our website or making a reservation, you agree to our Terms and Conditions. This document constitutes a legal agreement — a contract between you and us. Please also read our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy before browsing the website or making a reservation.

Definitions

WEBSITE – means the internet website owned by Elcom H & H SRL, available at https://7crai.ro, through which the USER has access to information regarding the services and products offered by Elcom H & H SRL.

7Crai – means the company Elcom H & H SRL, with registered office in Brașov County, Zărnești, Str. Tămaș no. 8

USER – means the person who accesses the WEBSITE for private or professional purposes and who has accepted the TERMS AND CONDITIONS of this WEBSITE, fulfilling all requirements of the registration process where applicable. Abuse means using the WEBSITE contrary to industry practice, applicable regulations or legislation, or in any other way that may cause damage to 7Crai. Information is made available to USERS free of charge. 7Crai owns all intellectual property rights in the WEBSITE, including its design and content.

The USER must respect all intellectual property rights of 7Crai as provided by applicable law. By using the WEBSITE, the USER undertakes to access and use it only for purposes and by means that do not constitute abuse.

Online sales policy

Any user/customer may access the website in order to make a reservation.

For justified reasons, 7Crai reserves the right to restrict a user/customer’s access to making reservations and/or to certain accepted payment methods where, based on the user/customer’s conduct or activity on our website, we consider that their actions could in any way harm 7Crai. In such cases, the user/customer may contact us to be informed of the reasons for the measures. Communication with us may take place directly by telephone or through the contact details listed in the “Company information” section. 7Crai may manage the information received without being required to provide additional justification.

7Crai may publish information on the website about services and/or promotional campaigns offered during a certain period and subject to room availability. All prices for services displayed on the website are expressed in Romanian lei (RON) and include VAT. 7Crai reserves the right to change service and product prices without prior notice.

For payments made online or by bank transfer, 7Crai is not and cannot be held responsible for additional costs incurred by the customer, including but not limited to currency-conversion fees charged by the card-issuing bank where the card currency differs from RON, interbank fees, central-bank fees, etc. Responsibility for such costs lies entirely with the customer.

All information used to describe services available on the website (static/dynamic images, multimedia presentations, etc.) does not constitute a contractual obligation on the part of 7Crai and is used solely for presentation purposes.

7Crai reserves the right to supplement or modify any information on the website without prior notice.

The customer may not revoke acceptance of the Terms and Conditions while a confirmed reservation is in progress and until all services supplied by 7Crai under the confirmed reservation have been paid in full.

Use of the website, including but not limited to accessing, visiting and viewing its content, implies the customer’s agreement to and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The customer should review the Terms and Conditions regularly, as they may be updated, modified or supplemented at any time by 7Crai.

In the event of a disagreement, the Terms and Conditions in force when the disagreement arose and was notified in writing to 7Crai will apply.

By using our website, the user and/or customer is solely responsible for all activities arising from its use. They are also liable, in accordance with Romanian law, for any material, intellectual, electronic or other damage caused to the website, 7Crai content or any third party with which 7Crai has contracts.

If the user/customer does not agree with and/or does not accept and/or withdraws acceptance of this document, they waive access to services offered by 7Crai through the website and receipt of newsletters, alerts and/or communications from 7Crai of any kind. The user/customer may change that decision at any time and accept the document in the form available at that time.

Intellectual and industrial property rights

The content, including but not limited to logos, stylised representations, trade symbols, static images, dynamic images, text and/or multimedia content presented on the website, is the exclusive property of 7Crai, which reserves all rights acquired directly or indirectly, including through licences for use and/or publication.

The user/customer may not copy, distribute, publish, transfer to third parties, modify or otherwise alter, use, link to, display or include any content in a context other than that originally intended by 7Crai, include content outside the website, remove marks indicating 7Crai copyright, or participate in the transfer, sale or distribution of materials created by reproducing, modifying or displaying the content, except with 7Crai’s prior express written consent. Any content to which the user/customer has or obtains access by any means is governed by this document unless accompanied by a separate, express, prior and valid usage agreement between 7Crai and that user/customer, and without any implied or express warranty from 7Crai regarding such content.

The user/customer may copy, transfer and/or use content only for personal or non-commercial purposes and only where this does not conflict with this document.

Where 7Crai grants a user/customer the right to use particular content under a separate prior express usage agreement, that right extends only to the content defined in the agreement, only for the period during which that content exists on the website or the period stated in the agreement and according to the agreed conditions. It does not constitute a contractual commitment by 7Crai to that user/customer or any third party who gains access to the transferred content and who may be affected by it during or after expiry of the usage agreement.

No content sent to a user/customer by any means of communication, or obtained by accessing, visiting and/or viewing the website, constitutes a contractual obligation on the part of 7Crai and/or any 7Crai employee, representative or collaborator involved in transferring that content.

Use of content for any purpose other than those expressly permitted by this document or by an accompanying prior express usage agreement, where one exists, is prohibited.

Reservations

The customer may make reservations on the website through the Pyn Booking platform or by direct contact, by telephone or using the email address listed in the “Company information” section.

Reservations use a “non-refundable with flexible dates” policy: no penalty is charged for cancellations made more than 15 days before arrival, and the advance payment will be refunded within a maximum of 3 working days from the cancellation request. For cancellations made less than 15 days before arrival, the advance payment may only be transferred to a future reservation, subject to availability.

For packages related to Christmas, New Year, Easter, Pentecost or other themed packages, the advance-payment amount and penalty-free cancellation policy may differ. These details will be specified on the website in the description of each package.

By completing a reservation, the customer guarantees that all information provided for reservation and invoicing purposes is accurate, complete, valid and true on the date the reservation is made. By completing the reservation, the customer agrees that 7Crai may contact them using any means available or agreed by us whenever customer contact is necessary.

7Crai may cancel a reservation made by the customer without further obligation to the customer in the following cases:

the customer’s card-issuing bank does not accept the transaction when payment is made online;

the transaction is invalidated by the EuPlatesc.ro card processor when payment is made online;

the information provided by the customer on the website is false, incomplete, incorrect and/or invalid.

Applicable law – Jurisdiction

This document is governed by Romanian law. Any disputes between 7Crai and users/customers will first be addressed amicably. If an amicable solution cannot be reached within a maximum of 60 days from the start of the dispute, the dispute will be settled by the competent Romanian courts at the registered office of 7Crai.

Final provisions

By using, visiting or viewing the website and/or any content sent by 7Crai to the user/customer through access or transmission by any means, the user/customer declares agreement with the provisions of this document.
